All payments made for therapy sessions are non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and payment has been made, the payment cannot be refunded.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Please review the following policies before booking your therapy session. These guidelines help us maintain reserved appointment times and ensure a smooth therapeutic experience for everyone.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Cancellable Sessions
Once an appointment has been booked and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure that you are able to attend the selected appointment before completing your booking.
Transfer Policy
Non-Transferable Sessions
Booked therapy sessions are non-transferable. A session booked for one client cannot be transferred, gifted, or reassigned to another person.
Rescheduling Policy
Sessions Cannot Be Rescheduled
Once a session has been booked, the appointment date and time cannot be changed or rescheduled. Please select your appointment slot carefully before confirming your booking.
Session Validity
Individual Session Validity
Booked individual sessions are valid for 1 month from the date of payment. The session must be used within this validity period.
Sliding Scale
Accessible Therapy Fees
A sliding scale means reduced session fees may be available based on an individual’s financial circumstances and ability to pay. We offer 2 sliding-scale therapy slots per month. Availability is limited and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
